All our pilots are fully licensed and have thousands of hours of flight experience. They know the Marrakech weather patterns intimately.

What You Need to Know

• Unpredictable Weather: If the conditions aren't perfect, we don't fly. Safety is always more important than the schedule.
• Listen to the Briefing: There will be a safety briefing before takeoff. Listen carefully to the landing position instructions.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited near the balloon and basket due to propane tanks.
